Speaking of animals, there's a many-headed lion at the hotel now that likes to hang out in the lobby. You should come see them.

It is. It looks like one of the individuals staying at the hotel is able to keep it at ease maybe with abilities from here? I don't want to say he's tamed it, but it seems like he's managed to communicate with it somehow? He can't actually get the lion to do anything other than what it wants to do, but it's very calm.
